Catering to please all palates
From formal three or more course dinners to finger buffets, from barbeques to street food – our team of experienced in-house chefs can produce a feast to whet any appetite and budget. Using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible all our food is produced to the highest health and hygiene standards.
Our main meals are served in the delightful Merlin restaurant with seating for up to 200 delegates, in summer months the elegant patio setting is utilised to the full by delegates enjoying a well-earned break during lunch or evening meal.
Buffets of all descriptions can be provided to your conference room – all to suit your needs and budget.
Why not add scrumptious Welsh cakes or traditional Welsh Bara Brith or even our homemade tray bakes to your Fairtrade tea and coffee breaks – your delegates will love them!
